How to choose a shipper on SenamGo
What to compare when selecting a diaspora shipper: coverage, pickup vs drop-off, timeframes, payments, and communication — without chasing fake “best rate” claims.
Start with route coverage
SenamGo is a marketplace, not a single carrier. After you create a customer account, look for shippers that cover your pickup region and delivery area in your destination country across Africa.
If a partner does not list your city, they may not accept the booking — choose someone whose service area matches both ends of the trip.
Compare service shape, not slogans
Ask yourself: Do you need door pickup or can you drop off? Is the shipment personal freight or commercial inventory? Do you need public tracking for a recipient?
- Pickup vs drop-off availability in your metro
- Listed delivery timeframe (estimate, not a guarantee)
- Whether online payment is enabled for that shipper
- Reviews or reputation signals when shown in the app
Shippers are invite-only
Customers can self-register on SenamGo. Shipping organizations join by invitation and onboarding from our team. If you run a shipping business, contact sales — do not expect open self-signup on the public site.
