After signup, browse partners that list coverage for your pickup region and African delivery area. Compare pickup vs drop-off options, listed timeframes, and whether online payment is available — then book the partner that fits. SenamGo does not publish a single “best rate.”

Do I need pickup, or can I drop off my package?

It depends on the shipper. Many partners offer pickup in covered areas, drop-off at a warehouse or hub, or both. Check each shipper’s coverage and service options for your location after you create a customer account.

How does tracking work?

Once your order is placed, follow status updates in your customer portal. Public tracking links also let recipients check progress without logging in. Update frequency depends on how your shipper scans and updates the shipment in the platform.

How do payments work?

When a shipper accepts platform payments, you can checkout in SenamGo and keep receipts attached to the order. If online checkout is not enabled for that booking, follow the payment instructions your shipper provides and keep your own records.

Prices depend on the shipper you choose, the corridor, weight and volume, pickup vs drop-off, and any customs or destination fees. Compare participating shippers for your route and see their pricing before you book. We do not publish a single flat rate.

Customs clearance, duties, and restricted-item rules vary by destination and by what you are sending. Your shipper typically manages transit and clearance for their service; you remain responsible for accurate descriptions and complying with local rules. SenamGo does not act as a customs broker.

How long does door-to-door shipping usually take?

Ocean and consolidated diaspora routes often take several weeks; faster air options may be available from some partners. Each shipper can list an estimated timeframe. Treat estimates as guidance — weather, vessel schedules, customs, and inland delivery can add time.

Open the Help center at /help (also linked from Support). There are separate guides for customers, shipping partners, and platform admins covering orders, payments, tracking, reports, and account security including two-factor authentication.

No. Customers can self-register to send shipments. Shipping partners join SenamGo by invitation and onboarding from our team so corridor coverage stays intentional.
